Mobility is Freedom Fund Finalizes $1M Gift for Research at Johns Hopkins University

Financial support from the Mobility is Freedom Fund has helped establish a Rehabilitation Sciences PhD Program at the The Johns Hopkins Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

This investment initiates a new, transformative chapter in our Department’s history at Johns Hopkins, ” said Pablo Celnik, M.D., Director of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine

The Mobility is Freedom Fund and Thought Leadership & Innovation Foundation (TLI Foundation) are pleased to make a $250,000 contribution to complete the $1 million funding of a new Rehabilitation Sciences Program within the department. The Johns Hopkins Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation will use these funds to develop a Ph.D. program in Rehabilitation Sciences with a focus on limb loss and mobility issues.
